Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Toapex (toapex.shop). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused (or only lightly tested) and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
To start a return, contact us at support@toapex.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at support@toapex.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right — typically by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@toapex.shop.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item. For defective items, we are happy to send a direct replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@toapex.shop. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a standard return.
